The Abner’s Famous Chicken app is the easiest way to be a part of our loyalty program – INSIDER- and earn and redeem your INSIDER loyalty points. You can also store Favorite Orders, find Locations, and place online orders thru the Abner’s App.

Go to the Apple App store or the Google Play store from your mobile device or tablet and download the Abner’s app. It is free to download, and you will receive bonus points the first time you check-in thru the app and make a purchase at the restaurant. 

• You technically don’t have to be an INSIDER- but why not? To earn points with each purchase to redeem for free food and discounts- you need to register an INSIDER account with the app. Who doesn’t like getting free stuff? 
• If you are already a part of our INSIDER loyalty program with Pyro’s Pizza (a member of our family of restaurants) then just use your Pyro’s login info for your Abner’s loyalty account. We’ve made this easy for you. The best of both worlds. The same login will get you access to both apps. If you have trouble logging in, email us at support@wolfriverhg.com for assistance. 

Yes, by registering an account in the app, you are automatically a registered loyalty member. But wait if you are a member of the Pyro’s Pizza loyalty program- guess what? - We are family. Just use the login info you use for the Pyro’s app and you are ready to go. If you are having trouble logging in, email us at support@wolfriverhg.com for assistance. 

Abner’s is one brand of a family of restaurants called Wolf River Hospitality Group.  If you have previously ordered online from one of our other restaurants or have a Pyro’s Pizza loyalty account, you are already a loyalty member. Just use the email address/password tied to those accounts. If you can’t remember your account information, send us an email at support@wolfriverhg.com for assistance. 

Give the cashier your check-in code before your check-out or just order thru the app. With every qualifying purchase (such as Tender Plates, Pigskins, desserts, soft drinks), you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent. You can then redeem your points for rewards like Free Drinks, Free Desserts, Free entrees-right in the app.  

The app uses your location information to locate the restaurants nearest to you. 

The easiest way to earn and keep up with your Insider points is thru the app.  

There are several places to see your point total in the app. Your point balance is always available at the top on the dashboard, by clicking on “My Account” or by clicking on “Redeem Rewards”. 

By far, the quickest and easiest way to redeem rewards is thru the app.

Yes, they are your rewards- use them all at once if you like. Rewards expire in 90 days.  

• Abnerschicken.com- Just sign into your loyalty account when placing an order on the Abner’s website. Add the desired items to the basket and click checkout. Your available rewards will be visible on lower right side of the checkout page. Just apply the reward you want to use. The discount will be reflected in the new total.  
• Ordering Thru the app- Just hit “Apply Rewards” on the check-out screen and choose the rewards you want applied.  

Yes, points expire one year after inactivity. So, keep frequenting Abner’s and Pyro’s and there is no need to worry. 

No, you do not earn points when purchasing gift cards. You do, however, earn points when you use the gift cards, if you have checked in thru the app.
